Maintenance Releases

 

  • AP-60901 - The AI Assistant button displays inconsistently, and its background scroll behavior varies across Insights and Analytics modules when Appspace Intelligence controls are configured in the Admin Console.
  • AP-60951 - Page created and featured from the Employee App displays a 404 error when opened from the Featured widget.
  • AP-61469 - The N073 PatchUserGroupLicensesMigration cannot complete for accounts with externally managed user groups, preventing licenses from being patched for the affected users.
  • AP-61472 - The ReconcileLicenseTargetsMigration cannot complete for accounts with devices or users that have null or missing license collections, resulting in an ArgumentNullException and blocking the migration for those accounts.
  • AE-13801 - Unable to consistently sync and display content on Advanced channels for BrightSign XT1144 devices, with screens remaining on "Syncing Files" followed by a "Failed to download some files" error.

Release Schedule Information

The following is the release management schedule as per our Release Calendar for Public Cloud:

  • New Appspace functionality and major platform optimizations will now be released under a quarterly release cycle, scheduled at 08:00 pm CST on Friday.

  • Scheduled minor feature updates, cloud service optimizations, and bug and escalation fixes are typically scheduled at 08:00 pm CST time throughout the week, typically on a Tuesday or Friday.

  • Critical updates including security patches or emergency fixes that support the reliability and availability of the Appspace platform will be deployed as necessary and as soon as it is administratively feasible.
