Hi,

We are getting complaints about why the Mario Brothers Movie Promo is showing in our programming on the Appspace at Charleston Animal Society. Can you tell us what your commercial policy is? Can we opt out of having these kinds of commercials play?

Hi Dan,

Appspace Technical Support Analyst here. Appspace shouldn’t have any “commercials” playing during your Content.

I see that you’ve created a formal Support Case with our team for this, I’m going to review that support case and follow up with you there.

Thank you.
