Using QR Codes

I work for a health system that spans several states. We have started adding some of our campaign content on our digital screens and have used QR codes on several. We don’t generally get many people scanning them. Has anyone else had success with using QR codes on their screens and if so, what type of content are people accessing with them?

Most of our QR codes are for company surveys, or for event sign-up sheets.
Occasionally they’ll link out to a news article, but it can be a little superfluous since they email blast all their content out anyways.

Are you embedding your own QR codes or using Appspace to generate them?
It’s not available on all players, likely requires some more powerful hardware. Codes are generated on the players themselves so each link is unique.
It was sold to us that we would be able to get analytics back like which displays were getting scanned more. Unfortunately we’re still waiting on that portion to be released.

We have a whole campaign team that creates QR codes specific to each channel and message and they monitor the analytics, so we embed them in the messages.
